Welcome to Engineering Future Leaders Camp!

August 2nd 2025!

Engineering Future Leaders Camp (EFLC) Camp is a summer program for aspiring people in STEM run by the Society of Women Engineers through the College of Engineering at UW-Madison. During our day-long session, our participants will learn through talks with professors and current engineering students, activities with leaders in the industry, and other team-based, and hands-on programming that is designed to expose and encourage young people to pursue an interest in STEM fields.

The application closes at 11:59 PM on May 4th. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

Kayla Romanvs-Malovrh

My name is Kayla Romanovs-Malovrh and I am one of the co-leaders for the Engineering Future Leaders Camp for the UW-Madison section of the Society of Women Engineers(SWE). We hold a camp every year in the summer for highschoolers to learn more about STEM. I would love to connect with you and share ways that you can get involved with us.
