JOB EXPERIENCE: Project: Quantifying Catechin Concentration in Dining Hall vs. Store-Bought Foods As part of my Analytical Chemistry Lab (Achem), I collaborated with a research team to investigate the differences in catechin concentrations—a type of antioxidant—between foods sourced from our university dining hall and commercially available store-bought alternatives.
